About Adrienne
From a young age, I have always been a seeker of ways and people to help me release what just did not feel right. I tried a lot, from traditional therapy to intuitives and spiritual "gurus"—naturally some better than others. However, this world is overwhelming, and while friends' referrals were helpful, they didn't always make sense specifically for me. Additionally, after working with a healer, I often felt that something was missing, which I have learned is the vital step of integration.
